Ombré boasts a spacious 1150 square feet studio thoughtfully divided into a “Work” and “Ideation” zone. The “Work” station has over 15 desktops, where our editors perfect the images and films for the final look.

The 'Ideation' station is our creative sanctuary, where inspiration flows freely. Here, we conjure up abstract imagery and brainstorm ideas for your wedding. This area is equipped with dedicated book and screen space, as well as a client lounge to facilitate smooth business and commercial meetings.

We've combined cutting-edge technology with a minimalist layout and contemporary design to create a vibrant and welcoming space that inspires our work and makes every visit a colourful experience.

Ombre, is the brainchild of a vivacious, bright, dreamy IIM graduate. Harsheen envisioned a creative powerhouse and built one with the help of a dynamic in-house team of over 20 passionate photographers, filmmakers , editors, and designers.

Our Co-founder, and Business Head, embarked on this journey with the love of his wife, Harsheen. He took the plunge, leaving his job with L&T Constructions, to embrace Ombre full-time, igniting his dedication to our mission.

Pulkit Kapoor

Pulkit has captured more than 250 weddings in the last 12 years, making him a true veteran in the field. His work speaks volumes, and his achievement of 90% client satisfaction shows his commitment to perfection. 

Pulkit has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Wedding Sutra award for Groom Portrait and Best Couple in the Better Photography Awards.

Education: Pulkit holds a BA and a degree in Animation from MAAC.
Personal aspirations: Every wedding is a new opportunity for him to work on thinking of new compositions, creative lighting, and post-processing techniques. He now wishes to experiment with portrait and landscape photography as well.

Favorite romantic movie: One Day

Jatin Kalal

LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER

Jatin brings a fresh perspective to the team with 4 years of professional experience. His works have been featured in Vogue and his collection ”In Nature’s Arm” received the Fearless Award. 

Education: Jatin dropped out of his Bachelor's in Furniture and Interior Designing at NID Gandhinagar during the pandemic to follow his passion for photography. Later, he refined his skills through workshops like the Erricos Andreow Boot Camp in 2022.

Personal aspirations: Jatin’s journey is defined by his values of kindness, humanity, and empathy, which he integrates into his art.

Shubhangi Agrawal

LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER

In the past 3 years, Shubhangi made her mark in the wedding industry by being listed as one of the Top 30 Wedding Photographers in India by MyWed. 

She was featured in the article “Behind the Lens: Emerging Female Photographers Under 25 Worldwide” by Malala Yousafzai and recognized by Fujifilm x India.

Education: With a B.Tech (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from NITRR and a summer course in Fashion Editorial from Paris College of Art, Shubhangi’s formal education complements her artistic vision. 
Personal aspirations: Shubhangi aims to challenge the commercial narrative of photography, weaving body-positivity, inclusivity, and diversity into her work. She hopes to use her photos as a tool for education and social change.
Favorite romantic movie: Begin Again & Before Sunrise

Sumit Kumar

LEAD PHOTOGRAPHER

With 5 years of experience, Sumit’s artistic journey is rooted in a deep love for photography and filmmaking. He focuses on blending raw emotions with exquisite visual composition.

Education: Photography has been Sumit's passion since childhood, inspired by his father, a photographer. What started as experimenting with his father's camera grew into a lifelong journey of capturing moments, colors, and emotions. Once he passed his Intermediate Exams, he decided to jump into working as a professional photographer.
Personal aspirations: Sanjay is driven by a desire to improve his craft. He actively seeks out new techniques, whether it’s experimenting with lighting, composition, or editing styles. 

Favorite romantic movie: The Fault in Our Stars

Darshika Sandhu

Darshika’s career took a monumental turn when she quit her corporate job in law during the pandemic to pursue photography full-time. 

At just 31, she has published 37 photographs in Vogue Italia

Education: She completed a 5-year Law Degree and Master's in Business Laws, followed by a Diploma in Photography from Delhi School of Photography.

Personal aspirations: Darshika dreams of living a carefree life, traveling the world, and eventually running a shelter for dogs in a peaceful mountain home.

Favorite romantic movie: P.S. I Love You & Sleepless in Seattle

Akshay

cinematographer

Akshay transitioned to wedding cinematography after working with AltBalaji for web series. 

His eye for storytelling in motion comes from his 6 years of Filmmaking experience and it brings an added layer of depth to Ombre’s work.

Educational: He completed his Bachelors in Engineering followed by Bachelors in Filmmaking

Personal aspirations: He dreams of starting his own apparel brand and expanding his skills into music production.

Sanjay Anil

PHOTOGRAPHER

Relatively new to wedding photography, Sanjay previously worked in Business Development at Elewayte. Now, with 5 years of experience in photography, he’s combining his business acumen with creative talent to deliver memorable wedding photographs.

Educational: He has done B.Tech in Industrial Engineering.

Personal aspirations: Sanjay aspires to bring a cinematic, filmy touch to his photography, focusing on color grading, composition, and storytelling.

Rwitu Raj Gogoi

Rwitu’s journey from a Mass Communication student to a full-time wedding video editor is one defined by self-discovery. He finds joy in transforming raw footage into emotionally-driven stories.

Education: A graduate in Mass Communication, Rwitu pursued his love for video editing through hands-on projects, working independently and with wedding teams.

Personal aspirations: Rwitu is focused on growth, authenticity, and creating genuine connections in his personal and professional life.

Pankaj Singh Shekhawat

Pankaj has 7.5 years of experience in Accounts and Administration. He ensures the smooth operation of Ombre’s business side. His expertise lies in streamlining processes and optimizing office operations.

Education: BBA & MBA from BIT Mesra.

Personal aspirations: Pankaj dreams of owning a business and a charitable organization to give back to the community.

Sanjay Singh

Sanjay is dedicated to refining his craft through continuous learning and client-focused results. His ability to exceed client expectations is what sets him apart. He is in charge of editing wedding films and their trailers. 

Education: He decided to explore his creative interests through graphic design classes. However, recognizing the importance of a solid academic foundation, he enrolled in the BA Programming course at Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU). But to further hone his skills, he got a certification in Graphic Designing from Rainbow Bliss Institute of Graphic Design. It gave him an understanding of the industry and its technical aspects.

Personal aspirations: Sanjay is driven by a passion for continuous growth. He is committed to capturing the raw, authentic moments that make every wedding unique.
Favorite romantic movie: Harry Potter & The Conjuring.

Shubham Gawande

Cinematographer & Editor

With over 7 years of experience in Wedding Filmmaking, Shubham has crafted more than 150 stunning wedding films, earning praise for his cinematic storytelling and artistic editing. 

Today, he brings a storyteller’s eye and a mathematician’s attention to detail to every project. Whether syncing music to a heartfelt vow or creating smooth transitions that enhance a scene. 
His work has earned him the Website Design (Frontend) Minimal Design Award by Arena Animation and the Inspiration Award for Wedding Film (Janki & Raag) for his artistic approach.

Education: After graduating with a degree in Mathematics, he pursued formal training in Animation. He learned the art of motion, rhythm, and visual storytelling—skills that seamlessly transitioned into his work as a video editor.

Personal aspirations: Shubham hopes to create documentaries on global cultures to positively impact the world.

We build vision boards to bring all the elements together.

And for this we share an in-depth questionnaire with each couple. It helps us craft a storyboard for their wedding film and a vision board for their photos.

The couples we have worked with in the past are not models and for many of them it was their first experience being photographed by a professional photographer. Yet, if you look through our portfolio, they look comfortable in front of the camera,  because we have developed techniques to help ease our couples into feeling and looking authentic. We become friends with couples before starting, which makes the interaction comfortable and friendly. We attribute this success to our approach in working closely with each couple to understand their relationship and help them choose a meaningful experience for the shoot. When a couple is engaged in an activity that they love to do together, they naturally forget that they’re being photographed. This is the goal for each shoot. We don’t coach our couples into unnatural poses, but we will give them little prompts. Our directions are small and simple, as we like to allow you to interpret the prompts in your own way that feels natural. Our prompts are ways to get you to interact with each other. Some couples may need more prompts than others, and that’s okay!
